This was in my grandparents basement, along with about 20 other ones just like it. My grandpa worked for the telephone company for many years. I treasure this phone.
I scored this in the original box with manual for just $5 at a garage sale. Or as Martha would say,
a TAG SALE. I also have a Royal in the original box. I love the sound.
I picked this up years ago at an antique shop in Alton, IL for about $10-15, can't remember for certain. A fantastic deal and it STILL WORKS!
I really should have been of age in the late 40's-early 50's.
